Global Industry Director, Travel
The Global Industry Director, Travel at Teads is a strategic leadership role within the company's Strategic Accounts team, focusing on managing and expanding partnerships with leading global travel brands. Following Teads' merger with Outbrain in February 2025, this position plays a pivotal role in solidifying the company's position as a global leader in full-funnel, omnichannel advertising. The role is based in London and involves acting as both a lead negotiator and a visionary subject matter expert to scale Teads' Travel strategy globally.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of global travel business numbers, owning and expanding collaborative partnerships with top global travel brands, and delivering consultative, full-funnel solutions that align with client KPIs. The role also involves evolving Teads' Travel growth strategy by identifying emerging trends, acting as the industry expert for local sales teams worldwide, and representing Teads at industry conferences and events to produce thought leadership that defines the future of travel advertising.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, innovative environment, with a blend of travel industry-specific knowledge and AdTech understanding. They should have the ability to build relationships with top marketing and media decision-makers, proven experience in building long-term sustainable partnerships, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven ability to deliver results. Flexibility to work across different time zones is also essential.
