Full Stack Software Engineer - Zecure Gaming
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative development team at Zecure Gaming, a subsidiary of Betsson Group. In this role, you will primarily work with PHP, JavaScript, and React to develop and maintain our products, contributing to the modernization of our front-end while supporting existing backend systems. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a global team and build scalable systems in a fast-paced environment.
As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, collaborating closely with developers and other stakeholders. Your tasks will include building and enhancing features using React and JavaScript on the front-end, utilizing PHP (Symfony) on the back-end, and integrating front-end components with microservices built in Node.js. You will also implement unit testing with PHPUnit for back-end services and Jest for front-end testing, participate in the architecture, design, and implementation of high-performance, highly available systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. Strong knowledge of PHP, preferably with Symfony or Laravel frameworks, and proficiency in JavaScript are essential. Experience with unit testing frameworks like PHPUnit and Jest is required, along with familiarity with Node.js for building microservices. A solid understanding of REST APIs and system design, as well as a passion for coding and modernizing software applications, are also important.
