The analyst will check assumptions, run scenarios, and highlight significant changes in economics, providing clear, practical input to assist partners in negotiation positions.
Candidates should have approximately five years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory. A strong, practical understanding of M&A transactions and deal economics is essential, along with excellent financial modeling skills. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to lawyers and senior partners, and comfort working independently in a remote, professional environment.
