Executive Producer - International Broadcast & Live Event Projects

The Executive Producer will lead the editorial vision for major live sports productions, ensuring that every aspect of the broadcast meets the highest standards. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and partners to deliver seamless and engaging content to a global audience. The position is based in the UK and requires travel to various event locations.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing editorial strategies across multiple productions, serving as the primary liaison for clients to manage expectations, and overseeing graphics, statistics, on-screen design, and streaming workflows. The Executive Producer will also recruit, manage, and inspire top-tier teams, including game directors, senior producers, and on-screen talent, while shaping live coverage guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.

Candidates must have proven experience as an Executive Producer on high-profile sports productions, strong editorial leadership, and team management skills. A deep understanding of the basketball ecosystem, including broadcast production, fandom, and lifestyle, is essential. Experience in client-facing, fast-paced environments, international and multicultural production settings, and a passion for innovation in broadcast and live sports are also required.
