Entitlements Analyst
The Entitlements Analyst at AlphaSense plays a pivotal role within the Content Authorization team, facilitating customer access to broker research and specialized content. This position involves close collaboration with customers, sales teams, and strategic content partners to ensure seamless content authorization processes. AlphaSense, a leader in AI-driven market intelligence, serves over 6,000 enterprise customers, including a majority of the S&P 500, by delivering trusted insights from a vast array of public and private content.
Key responsibilities include processing content authorization requests submitted by sales teams, adhering to standard operating procedures. The analyst will collaborate with sales teams and broker partners to gather necessary information, resolve customer queries and concerns, and track the progress of submitted requests. Maintaining transparent and auditable communication within the CRM system is essential, along with suggesting process and system enhancements to improve efficiency. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with special projects as assigned.
Candidates should possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience in customer support through email ticketing systems, chat, or phone calls. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is advantageous.
