Entitlements Analyst
The Entitlements Analyst role at AlphaSense involves supporting the global sales teams by processing content authorization requests and ensuring customers have seamless access to broker research and specialized content. This position is part of the Content Authorization team, which acts as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and strategic content partners. AlphaSense is a leading AI-driven market intelligence platform that empowers professionals to make informed business decisions by delivering insights from a vast array of public and private content.
Key responsibilities include processing content authorization requests submitted by sales teams, collaborating with broker partners to gather necessary information, resolving customer queries and concerns, and tracking the progress of these requests. The analyst is also expected to maintain transparent communication within the CRM system, suggest process and system enhancements to improve efficiency, and assist with special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, with experience supporting customers through email ticketing systems, chat, or phone calls. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
