Enterprise Account Executive - Light Industrial
Instawork is seeking a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the light industrial sector. This role involves collaborating with mid-market and enterprise businesses to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. As part of our mission to create economic opportunities for skilled hourly professionals, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our enterprise partnerships across the U.S.
In this position, you will identify and engage potential enterprise clients through proactive outreach and industry networking. Managing the entire sales cycle—from initial discovery to contract negotiation—you'll ensure a seamless transition to onboarding and implementation. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets aligned to a $200K+ average deal size.
The ideal candidate possesses over five years of enterprise sales experience, particularly within the light industrial sectors such as supply chain, warehousing, distribution, or third-party logistics. A proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals over extended sales cycles is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, are required. While a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, with on-target earnings totaling between $230,000 and $250,000, plus uncapped commissions.
