Instawork is seeking a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, focusing on expanding our enterprise partnerships within the light industrial sector. This role involves collaborating with mid-market and enterprise businesses to understand their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions that meet their workforce requirements. As part of our mission to create meaningful economic opportunities for skilled hourly professionals, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and impact in the industry.

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing enterprise-level clients through a multi-threaded prospecting approach. Your day-to-day activities will include building and managing a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, leading end-to-end sales cycles from initial discovery to contract negotiation, and ensuring a seamless transition to onboarding and implementation. Engaging with C-suite and senior decision-makers, you will employ a consultative sales approach focused on solving critical workforce challenges.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of enterprise sales experience, particularly within the light industrial sectors such as supply chain, warehousing, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL). A proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals over extended sales cycles is essential. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, along with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce. A self-starter mentality and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment are also crucial.

For applicants based in New York, the base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, with on-target earnings totaling between $230,000 and $250,000, plus uncapped commissions. This role is also eligible for equity in the form of stock options and includes a comprehensive benefits package, such as medical, dental, and vision plans starting on the date of hire, flexible paid time off, and various stipends for phone, commuter, and home office expenses.
