Instawork is seeking a dedicated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This role focuses on acquiring key enterprise accounts and establishing channel partnerships within the warehousing, logistics, supply chain, and third-party logistics (3PL) sectors. As part of our mission to create meaningful economic opportunities for skilled hourly professionals, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our enterprise partnerships and driving rapid growth across the U.S.

In this position, you will identify, engage, and secure enterprise-level clients through a multi-threaded prospecting approach, building relationships across multiple functions and levels within target organizations. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end sales processes—from initial discovery and executive alignment to contract negotiation—ensuring a seamless transition to onboarding and implementation. Additionally, you will engage C-suite and senior decision-makers with a consultative sales approach focused on solving critical workforce challenges.

The ideal candidate possesses over five years of enterprise sales experience, particularly within light industrial enterprises such as supply chain, warehousing, distribution, or 3PL. A proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals exceeding $200K over extended sales cycles of 6–12 months is essential. Strong executive presence, exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, along with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce for pipeline management and sales reporting. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

For applicants based in Illinois, the base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000, with on-target earnings totaling between $230,000 and $250,000, including uncapped commissions.
