Foley Hoag, a dynamic international law firm, is seeking an End-User Support Specialist to provide on-site IT support to attorneys and staff in our Boston office. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully on-site, with potential for hybrid work depending on business needs as determined by the supervisor.

The End-User Support Specialist will be responsible for provisioning PCs through Intune, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving printing and local network connectivity problems. Additional duties include supporting asset management and inventory maintenance, assisting with server equipment maintenance, and providing training on the firm's core software applications. The role also involves coordinating technology requirements for attorneys engaged in international travel and ensuring compliance with the firm's technology policies and security procedures.

Candidates should have at least five years of experience in an IT support role, preferably within a legal or financial services environment. Required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, knowledge of Windows operating systems, and experience with applications such as iManage, ChangePro, Metadact, Innova, Adobe, Nuance, and Mimecast. Familiarity with Citrix XenDesktop, VPN environments, and laptop and desktop provisioning is also essential. The compensation range for this position is $87,200 to $95,900, commensurate with related experience and qualifications. The salary will be set based on factors including internal equity, experience, specialty, and training. This range represents the firm's reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
