The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Senior Manager at Foley Hoag is a pivotal leadership role within the firm’s Human Resources and DEI teams. A primary focus of the role involves designing, implementing, and measuring outcomes of DEI initiatives. The Senior Manager will oversee programming, communications, and affinity groups, equipping the firm with data-driven insights on progress and impact. Key responsibilities include partnering with internal stakeholders, advising lawyers at all levels on inclusive practices, and supporting compliance and reporting efforts linked to diversity programs.

Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion work, preferably within the legal or professional services sector. Strong project management and leadership abilities are essential, as is a background in anti-racism, bias mitigation, and cross-cultural communication. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and a proven track record of managing DEI programs.
