Director, GTM Automations & Data
Gong is seeking a Director of GTM Systems & Infrastructure to lead the development and management of systems, automations, and data infrastructure that support the Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role is pivotal in integrating AI, automation, internal tools, and data orchestration to enhance revenue operations across Sales, SDR, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. The position also plays a significant role in the Gong-on-Gong initiative, utilizing Gong's products internally to innovate and establish scalable operating models.
Key responsibilities include establishing and leading the Revenue Systems & Infrastructure discipline within RevOps, defining strategies and roadmaps for AI, automation, internal tooling, and revenue data infrastructure. The role involves designing and deploying AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and decision-making, as well as owning the architecture and scaling of GTM workflow automation across the revenue technology stack. Additionally, the director will design and build internal applications to accelerate GTM execution and manage the orchestration and reliability of revenue data across the GTM ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, Data Strategy, or Sales Operations roles, with a deep understanding of modern revenue organizations and GTM operations. Experience in building or operating GTM infrastructure in high-growth B2B SaaS environments is essential. Proficiency in building and scaling automations using platforms like Workato, Zapier, or similar tools, as well as practical experience applying AI technologies to business workflows, is required. Strong leadership and execution skills, including the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and translate complex challenges into scalable solutions, are also necessary.

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $174,000 - $250,000 USD, with compensation based on factors unique to each candidate, including job-related skills, qualifications, education, experience, and location.
