Strong leadership skills are essential, as the role includes managing a team comprising a Manager of Grassroots Fundraising, an Email Production Specialist, and an Email Production Associate. The candidate should also demonstrate proficiency in data analysis, strategic planning, and the ability to drive initiatives that resonate with diverse global audiences.
