Director, Global Total Rewards
Teads is seeking a strategic and analytical Compensation & Benefits Director to join our People & Culture team in London. This role will lead the design, execution, and evolution of Teads' global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with our business strategy. Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, Talent & Operations, the Director will collaborate closely with senior leaders across the company, including executive leadership, to support key compensation initiatives such as annual planning cycles, executive compensation, and board-level reporting. Additionally, this role will manage and develop an Operations & Rewards Analyst, fostering strong analytical foundations and scalable processes for the future.
Key responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, and governance of global compensation programs, including base salary structures, bonus frameworks, and incentive plans. The Director will manage the annual compensation cycle in partnership with Finance and executive leadership, conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis using tools such as Mercer, Radford, and Zviran, and develop compensation frameworks that support organizational growth, retention, and talent attraction. The role also involves managing executive compensation processes, supporting equity program administration, overseeing global benefits strategy and program design, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compensation and rewards strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 8–12+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, and HR analytics roles, with strong experience designing and managing compensation programs within technology, ad-tech, or high-growth companies preferred. Experience supporting executive compensation and board-level reporting, advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights, and proficiency in compensation benchmarking tools such as Mercer, Radford, or similar market data platforms are essential. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, and experience working in fast-paced, evolving, and international environments are also required.
