Director, Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience
AlphaSense is seeking a Director of Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience to lead and manage its global real estate portfolio and workplace operations. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive real estate strategy, overseeing site selection, lease negotiations, and managing office build-outs and renovations. The Director will ensure that all facilities meet operational standards, safety regulations, and provide a productive work environment. Additionally, the role involves managing vendor relationships and implementing consistent operational procedures across all locations.
The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in facilities and real estate management, with at least 5 years managing an international, multi-site corporate portfolio. Proven leadership in scaling high-performing, geographically distributed teams is essential. Expertise in global corporate real estate strategies, lease administration, and project management for office fit-outs is required. Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategic workplace trends into actionable insights are also important.
