Director, Executive Recruiting

AlphaSense is seeking a Director of Executive Recruiting to lead the development and execution of its executive search function. This role involves partnering with the Executive Leadership Team and People leadership to attract top-tier talent for VP and C-suite positions, supporting the company's rapid growth and strategic objectives.

The Director will manage the entire executive search process, from defining role parameters and candidate profiles to sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates. Responsibilities include conducting market mapping, engaging passive candidates, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves designing the executive search operating model, establishing agency partnerships, and implementing AI-powered sourcing tools.

Candidates should have over 12 years of experience in executive or senior-level recruiting, with a proven track record of placing VP and C-suite candidates across various functions. Experience in building or scaling an executive search function, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
