Development Centre Manager

The Development Centre Manager at Betsson Group will oversee the daily operations of our tech and product hub in Malaga, ensuring seamless workflows, effective resource management, and alignment with the company’s global strategic goals. This role serves as a key liaison between the Malaga office and our head offices, facilitating communication, project alignment, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, fostering an efficient and productive work environment, and serving as a bridge between the Malaga office and senior management. The manager will coordinate with cross-functional tech, product, and operations teams to align Malaga's objectives with company strategies, act as the local contact for senior leadership, and promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or a related field, along with over 5 years of experience in operational or project management roles, preferably within a tech or product environment. Strong leadership and people skills, proficiency in English and Spanish, and adaptability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
