Key responsibilities include overseeing the intake, triage, and routing of customer contract requests, reviewing and resolving standard contract changes, and escalating complex issues to the Legal team when necessary. The role also involves monitoring contract statuses, driving deals toward signature, and partnering with Legal to develop standardized clauses for recurring requests. Ensuring that commercial contract terms are accurately captured and system-ready is essential, as is serving as an operational partner for contracting operations and analyzing workflows to identify and address bottlenecks.
Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in the SaaS industry, preferably within high-growth environments reaching $600 million or more in annual recurring revenue. High proficiency in the Salesforce/CPQ/Ironclad ecosystem is required, along with a proven track record of transforming manual processes into documented, automated workflows. A deep understanding of subscription models and commercial fluency is essential, as is the ability to navigate risk trade-offs and legal playbooks while operating as a process engineer.
