Data Operations Analyst - Instawork Robotics
Instawork is seeking a Data Operations Analyst to join our Robotics division, focusing on creating high-quality datasets for training robotics foundation models. This role is central to our mission of advancing robotics and AI through comprehensive data collection efforts.
The Data Operations Analyst will monitor and communicate the performance of data collection initiatives by tracking key metrics, analyzing user behavior, and summarizing insights for the team. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform the product roadmap, organizing and training data collection personnel, and collaborating closely with robotics leadership, quality assurance, and engineering teams to ensure alignment from concept to deployment.
Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of work experience, proficiency in spreadsheet-based data analysis, and a willingness to learn SQL and other data tools. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. A Master's degree in a business or technical field, experience with large-scale data collection operations, and familiarity with robotics or physical AI are advantageous.
The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $140,000, with eligibility for equity in the form of stock options.
