Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Wolt, you will be instrumental in scaling and optimizing our support operations in Israel, one of our largest on-demand markets. You will collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to balance customer experience, agent wellbeing, and business efficiency.

Your primary responsibilities will include building and continuously optimizing capacity plans across multiple sites, translating demand forecasts into staffing and hiring needs. You will partner with Product, Operations, Finance, and the global Recruitment team to ensure plans support service level agreements and reflect business changes. Additionally, you will create and maintain performance and analytical reporting, tracking forecast accuracy, service levels, occupancy, and costs.

We are seeking candidates with experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and scenario modeling within a Workforce Management environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights are essential. Proficiency in advanced Excel and SQL is required, with Python skills considered a plus. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments and proactively driving improvements.
