Danish speaking - Customer Service (inc relocation to Malta)

Betsson Group is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team in St. Julians, Malta. In this position, you will provide outstanding support to both Danish and English-speaking customers through various channels such as email, chat, and telephone. Your responsibilities will include promptly addressing customer inquiries, managing accounts, translating promotional materials into Danish, and ensuring compliance with company policies related to player safety and responsible gaming.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a background in customer service—whether face-to-face, online, or via phone. Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management are essential for success in this role.
