As a Customer Success Manager at Teads, you will be an integral part of our US Performance Strategy Team, focusing on client onboarding and maximizing account growth. Teads is a leading omnichannel outcomes platform for the open internet, driving full-funnel results for marketers across premium media. With a global team of nearly 1,800 people in over 30 countries, Teads partners directly with more than 10,000 publishers and 20,000 advertisers worldwide.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for existing and new clients across the US, particularly those seeking to utilize our global network to grow their business. Your responsibilities will include onboarding clients, executing launch planning, providing proactive optimization recommendations, and building and conducting tests to meet client KPIs. Additionally, you will define best practices to maximize client performance and account growth, identifying high-potential accounts and facilitating their transition to the Strategic Account team for further development.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in planning or managing digital media, with an emphasis on mid-lower funnel performance activity. Experience with native platforms and managing campaigns for small to medium enterprises is a plus. Strong analytical and data-driven skills are essential, along with the ability to monitor and identify trends in performance. Effective time-management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, are also required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, including on-target earnings. In addition to salary, Teads offers competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of our total rewards package.
