The CSM monitors usage patterns, develops tailored strategies, and leads client sessions to overcome any barriers to feature adoption. Additionally, the role involves guiding new clients through comprehensive onboarding and training processes to establish a solid foundation for success.

The ideal candidate possesses 2–4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing SaaS role, preferably within the financial services sector. They should demonstrate a proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes. Strong organizational and time-management skills, coupled with a proactive and consultative approach, are essential. Excellent communication skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration are also required.

AlphaSense offers a competitive base compensation range of $80,000 to $95,000 USD, with potential for performance-based bonuses and equity participation.
