Customer Service Agent - Spanish Speaking

In this position, you will assist both Spanish and English-speaking customers through email, chat, and telephone communications. Your responsibilities will include translating promotional texts and customer surveys into Spanish, managing customer accounts effectively, and collaborating with your team to meet key performance indicators. Adherence to company policies regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming is essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a background in customer service—whether face-to-face, online, or via phone—is required. Strong multi-tasking and time management abilities are also essential for success in this role.
