Customer Service Agent - Greek speaking (inc relocation to Malta)
As a Customer Service Agent at Betsson Group, you will be an integral part of our award-winning customer service team based in our Malta offices. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting Greek and English-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their inquiries. You will collaborate with your team to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and other key performance indicators. Additionally, you will translate promotional texts and customer surveys into Greek, manage customer accounts, and adhere to company policies regarding player safety and responsible gaming.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A background in customer service—whether face-to-face, online, or via phone—is essential. Effective multitasking and time management abilities are also crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus.
