Customer Service Agent - French Speaking
As a Customer Service Agent at Betsson Group, you will be an integral part of our award-winning customer service team, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our French-speaking customers. Based in our vibrant offices in St. Julian's, Malta, this role offers a dynamic environment within a leading company in the iGaming industry.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting French-speaking customers via email, chat, and telephone, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of their inquiries. Collaborating closely with your team, you will strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and meet key performance indicators. Additionally, you will translate promotional materials and customer surveys into French, manage customer accounts, and adhere to company policies regarding player safety and responsible gaming.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A background in customer service—whether face-to-face, online, or via phone—is essential. Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills are also crucial for success in this role. Previous experience in the iGaming industry and additional language skills are considered advantageous.
