The Customer Experience Executive will be responsible for managing digital advertising campaigns from inception to completion. This includes onboarding clients to the Teads Ad Manager platform, providing technical guidance on campaign setup and tracking, and analyzing performance data to identify trends and insights. The role also involves full lifecycle management of campaigns, monitoring pacing, optimizing performance to meet client goals, and creating comprehensive reports to demonstrate value delivered.

Candidates should possess a degree in Advertising, Media, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A foundational understanding of the digital landscape is essential, with internship experience at an agency, DSP, or AdTech firm considered a significant advantage. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, a willingness to learn new platforms, and problem-solving abilities are key attributes for success in this role.
