Crypto Business Development Manager
The Crypto Business Development Manager at Betsson Group is responsible for scaling the company's presence across crypto markets and brands. This role involves turning strategic plans into actionable initiatives to drive user acquisition, optimize the crypto conversion journey from wallet to repeat play, and unlock new growth channels tailored to crypto-native audiences. The position supports the development and implementation of both B2B and B2C plans across various crypto markets and brands.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing B2B and B2C plans to support crypto business expansion and competitive positioning. The role focuses on optimizing conversion funnels from wallet to deposit, first bet, and repeat play. Additionally, the manager drives performance-oriented marketing execution across affiliates, influencers, paid media, and partnerships, collaborates with CRM on crypto-specific lifecycle campaigns, tests and launches new acquisition channels relevant to crypto-native users, and acts as a commercial interface between Marketing, Product, Payments, Risk, and Compliance. Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and risks is also essential.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry within a commercial and crypto/blockchain capacity. They should have a proven ability to drive user acquisition and revenue, a strong understanding of crypto casino and sportsbook operations, and be detail-oriented and dependable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English are required, along with a high-level understanding of the crypto industry, including cryptocurrencies, blockchains, and wallets. Comfort in ambiguous and early-stage scaling environments is also important.
