CRM Manager - Live Casino Global Promotions
Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM expert with a "can-do" attitude to join our Central CRM department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an amazing team of CRM enthusiasts. In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of Live Casino Global Promotions designed to engage and entertain the group’s wider customer base beyond the game play. You will be responsible for promotions such as Live Casino tournaments and prize draws, all with big headline prizes aimed to offer an attractive ‘shop window’ to achieve brand loyalty.
Key responsibilities include designing the CRM global promotions calendar, focusing on above-the-line, open-to-all, onsite campaigns. You will work closely with Central Gaming to leverage new game launches, exclusive deals, and network promotions. Utilizing JIRA, you will efficiently manage global promotions projects and tasks, maintaining effective communications with all teams and relevant stakeholders. Additionally, you will boost campaign participation by experimenting with creatives, copy, layouts, channels, reward types, and reward values. Managing the CRM spend budget for global promotions, you will collaborate with CRM Analytics to continuously fine-tune campaigns to achieve improved customer retention and performance.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ CRM experience, ideally from a similar role in the iGaming industry, and experience working in a multi-brand and/or multi-market environment. Proven people management experience is essential, along with a good understanding of player bonuses and incentives. You should have excellent ability to interpret CRM data and derive actionable insights, and proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms, ideally from Salesforce or Xtremepush. A genuine interest in the Live Casino sector with a deep understanding of the Live Casino products offered by Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, and Religa is also required. Strong project management skills, a results-driven and customer-focused mindset, and excellent written and verbal skills in English are necessary.
