CRM Manager - Casino Retention

Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM expert to join our Global CRM & Engagement department. This role focuses on the end-to-end delivery of below-the-line (BTL) Casino retention campaigns across various brands and markets, aiming to enhance player retention, prevent churn, drive upsell, and improve overall player experience and lifetime value.

Key responsibilities include managing and executing hyper-segmented Casino campaigns, utilizing JIRA for efficient project management, implementing automated campaign journeys for scalability, optimizing CRM budgets through advanced prediction modeling, continuously refining offers for increased profitability, conducting campaign analyses to determine ROI, identifying and driving process improvements, localizing CRM plans for different markets, collaborating with support teams to optimize customer journeys, and providing detailed reports to senior stakeholders on lifecycle activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years' CRM experience, preferably in the iGaming industry, with a strong understanding of player segmentation, bonuses, and incentives. Proficiency in CRM tools and email marketing platforms, such as Salesforce or Xtremepush, is essential. A genuine interest in the online Casino sector, particularly the slots product category, along with strong project management skills and a results-driven, customer-focused mindset, are crucial. Experience in a multi-brand and multi-jurisdiction environment is also desirable.

Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, or Latvian languages is considered a significant plus.
