Content Editor
AlphaSense is seeking multiple skilled Content Editors to join our team and contribute to the seamless conversion of recorded events into accurate and organized transcripts for our clients. This role is integral to our mission of providing high-quality market intelligence through AI-driven insights. As a Content Editor, you will work closely with our transcription team to ensure the delivery of precise and timely transcripts.
Key responsibilities include reviewing, editing, and proofreading transcripts for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards. You will identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting, as well as ensure proper identification of speakers and products. Utilizing in-house custom dictionaries and conducting independent research, you will ensure transcripts reflect industry-specific terminology. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive content with discretion are also essential aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in transcription, editing, or a related field, with strong listening skills and the ability to understand various accents and audio qualities. An excellent command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and punctuation, is required. Attention to detail, proficiency in text editing and document formatting software, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects are crucial. Familiarity with AI transcription tools and a general understanding of financial market concepts are advantageous.
