Consultant, Product Consulting
Arcesium LLC is seeking a Consultant for its Product Consulting Group (PCG) in Lisbon, Portugal. The PCG serves as the primary liaison between clients and the company, ensuring effective utilization of Arcesium's financial technology platform. This role involves providing comprehensive support to clients, facilitating onboarding processes, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience.
The Consultant will be responsible for managing client relationships by addressing product and application inquiries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring timely responses in line with service level agreements. Key duties include coordinating with Product and Release Managers during client onboarding, conducting training sessions to improve client proficiency with the platform, and maintaining detailed documentation of processes and issue resolutions. Additionally, the role requires escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams and collaborating across departments to support platform enhancements and expedite issue resolution.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in financial services, particularly in supporting trade life cycles and middle/back-office operations. A foundational understanding of Treasury, Swaps, and trade lifecycle processes across various asset classes is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-centric approach are crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in Python and SQL is highly desirable.
