Compliance Analyst (Night Shift- Pacific Time)
As a Compliance Analyst at AlphaSense, you will be an integral part of the Compliance Team, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of our expert call transcripts. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest legal and regulatory standards, supporting our mission to provide clients with actionable insights. The position requires working remotely from 2 pm to 10 pm Pacific Time, aligning with our commitment to delivering continuous and reliable compliance services.
Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing expert call transcripts to identify and address instances of material nonpublic and confidential information, adhering to internal protocols and applicable laws. You will conduct thorough due diligence for each call, document any violations comprehensively, and escalate non-compliance issues as necessary. Additionally, you will perform advanced research using financial reports and regulatory filings to determine the public availability of information, manage internal and external communications efficiently, and maintain accurate data on processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate possesses 1-2 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, compliance analyst, financial analyst, or in a similar role, though this is preferred and not mandatory. Strong transferable skills such as research and analysis are highly valued. Acute attention to detail, strong reading comprehension, and experience in proofreading, drafting, and investigative research are essential. The ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage time, and work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is crucial. Adaptability to changing priorities and contributing to innovative solutions that support business needs are also important attributes.
