Compensation & Benefits Manager
Arcesium is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our global Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in designing, analyzing, and executing compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic objectives. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and a comprehensive understanding of both local and international compensation practices.
The Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for supporting the design, review, and administration of compensation and benefit programs. Key duties include providing Cost per Head (CPH) analytics, leading annual compensation review processes, partnering with Finance on accruals and forecasting, and conducting market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay positioning. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining advanced Excel models for compensation planning, generating periodic reports for leadership, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in each country.
Candidates should possess 6-8 years of relevant experience in compensation management roles, with strong knowledge of compensation principles across the US and Europe. A high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include experience working in a global or multi-country HR setup and familiarity with compensation surveys and benchmarking methodologies.
