Wolt is seeking a Commerce Platform Account Manager to support and optimize the daily operations of our Wolt Drive partners. This role involves close collaboration with Account Managers, global teams, and external partners to ensure seamless operations, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities within our merchant base.

Key responsibilities include assisting Account Managers with partner operations, resolving issues, and coordinating across teams. The role also involves working directly with key partners to enhance performance and satisfaction, identifying opportunities to increase product adoption, and managing the reactivation of less active merchants. Additionally, the Account Manager will act as a central point of escalation for operational and product-related issues, coordinate partner integrations, manage operational processes such as pricing and billing, maintain CRM systems, and support training initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role, with a strong background in collaborating with cross-functional and global teams. A background in customer success, retention, or growth-oriented account management is preferred. The candidate should be highly organized, capable of managing multiple processes and priorities simultaneously, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Comfort with data analysis and proficiency in tools like Excel are advantageous. Fluency in English is required.
