As a Client Services Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive professional and timely assistance throughout their case journey. Your responsibilities will include conducting welcome calls, providing clear explanations of case processes and timelines, maintaining accurate documentation in the case management system, and supporting fee earners with administrative tasks. Additionally, you will manage client communications via various channels and handle client queries or complaints through third-party services.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a high attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams, is essential. A professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment are also required. Previous experience in a law firm, customer service, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred, along with experience using Salesforce and/or Proclaim as a case management software.
