Johnson Law Group is a fast-growing, client-focused legal practice built on collaboration, precision, and professionalism. We're seeking a reliable and organized Mail Clerk to join our Houston team. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in their career, whether you're a recent college graduate or looking for your first full-time role in a professional setting.

As a Mail Clerk, you will be responsible for opening, sorting, scanning, and routing all incoming mail and documentation. You will process outgoing mail via FedEx, USPS (certified), and other methods. Additionally, you will create and manage both electronic and physical file folders, download and maintain electronic medical records in our CRM, and support large mailing projects, including mail merges, document coding, and Acrobat forms. Maintaining accurate records and assisting with purging and archiving physical files will also be part of your duties. You will provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects as needed, coordinating with internal teams on document logistics and process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a professional appearance and dependable attendance. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to multitask, follow procedures, and work independently. Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is important. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, is necessary.
