Case Manager

This role involves working closely with attorneys to develop settlements and prepare necessary documents and correspondence, ensuring clients receive the highest level of service. The Case Manager will interact daily with clients, both existing and potential, through telephone and in-person communications. Responsibilities include ordering medical records from providers, obtaining documents to support injury and liability positions, and interacting with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and account balances. The role also involves maintaining organized case files, preparing comprehensive demands, and managing case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, with prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred. At least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is desirable. The ideal candidate will be a team player, proactive in client interactions, and capable of multitasking and managing workloads with minimal supervision. Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential.
