Campaign Management Executive
Teads is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Management Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure the successful execution of advertising campaigns from launch to optimization and performance delivery. As the central steward of our campaigns, you will manage client expectations, monitor results, and drive improvements across our suite of solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the onboarding of clients onto Teads Ad Manager, providing guidance on campaign setup and brand safety alignment, and assisting clients in validating campaign configurations. You will oversee the post-sale campaign process, including setup, pacing, delivery, optimization, incremental revenue generation, and post-campaign analysis. Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance data to identify key trends and deliver actionable insights, supporting Account Managers in upselling opportunities and revenue retention.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a digital media agency, DSP, or AdTech environment. You should possess a strong understanding of industry trends, including programmatic buying and OpenRTB. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are also key to success in this role.
