Business Operations Analyst (AI & Automation)
Instawork is seeking a Business Operations Analyst specializing in AI and automation to enhance the efficiency of our Go-to-Market teams. This role is integral to our mission of creating meaningful economic opportunities for skilled hourly professionals by leveraging AI-powered solutions to streamline operations and drive growth.
The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for developing and deploying agentic AI systems to automate lead enrichment, routing, qualification, and follow-up processes. Key duties include writing SQL queries to build performance dashboards, analyzing sales and marketing data to extract actionable insights, and managing cross-functional projects to implement new tools and processes. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams is essential to identify and address revenue blockers and optimize workflows.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, along with 1-3 years of experience in analytics, operations, consulting, or a tech startup environment. Proficiency in SQL, Python fundamentals, and strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Experience with AI/automation projects, familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Looker, and knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot are preferred.
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $90,000 to $130,000, eligibility for equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision plans starting on the date of hire.
