Capital on Tap is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of customer accounts, overseeing the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to account management. This is a telephone-based position, primarily engaging with SME owner-directors to promote our award-winning business credit card.

Key responsibilities include self-generating leads, building and managing a customer pipeline, and making 30-50 outbound cold calls per day. You will work towards and achieve targets for card spend, manage customer accounts and expenditures, and adhere to high standards of FCA regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of telesales experience, preferably in B2B sales, and experience in a 360 sales cycle. A proven track record in high-volume cold calling roles and experience in financial sales, ideally card sales, are essential.

Compensation includes a base salary of £30,000-£40,000 with an uncapped commission structure. Most Business Development Managers earn around £50,000 OTE in their first year, with top performers exceeding £70,000 OTE.
