Full Stack Software Engineer
As a Full Stack Software Engineer at Capital on Tap, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to developing innovative financial products for small businesses. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable solutions technologies. Your day-to-day activities will include crafting responsive user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Quality Assurance professionals, and fellow engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through comprehensive unit and integration testing. Additionally, you will monitor applications in production, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience with C#,.NET Core, and SQL Server, along with proficiency in JavaScript and React. A strong understanding of database technologies, experience with Agile development practices, and a passion for learning new skills and technologies are essential. Being a proactive, supportive, and collaborative team player is also crucial for success in this position.
