Capital on Tap is seeking a Talent Partner to join our Cardiff office, supporting the Customer Operations department. This team is integral to ensuring seamless customer experiences, encompassing roles from frontline Customer Service to Fraud and Financial Crime management. The Talent Partner will collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top-tier talent, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.

In this role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to managing the applicant tracking system (ATS). Key responsibilities include providing an exceptional candidate experience, utilizing data to inform hiring decisions, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, and building strong relationships across the business to understand and meet hiring needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an in-house talent team, proven expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple channels, and familiarity with ATS platforms. Strong organizational and time management skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to influence key stakeholders are essential. High emotional intelligence and the capacity to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals are also crucial.
