QA Analyst - FinCrime
The QA Analyst - FinCrime role at Capital on Tap involves conducting in-depth audits of financial crime cases and customer interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk policies. The position is based in Cardiff, with a requirement to work on-site three days per week. Key responsibilities include performing technical audits of financial crime investigations, monitoring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying emerging risks, and developing comprehensive management information reports. The analyst will also provide strategic feedback to enhance training, policies, and operational processes.
Candidates should have a solid background in financial crime, anti-money laundering (AML), and know your customer (KYC) processes. They must be adept at delivering constructive, evidence-based feedback and capable of explaining complex regulatory requirements to various stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain objective under pressure are essential.
