Brand Experience - QA Engineer
The Brand Experience (BX) area at Betsson Group is seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to enhance the quality of our diverse product offerings. This role involves a comprehensive approach to Quality Assurance, encompassing both functional testing and automation engineering. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dynamic team to improve our portfolio of brands and markets, contributing to the company's commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
In this position, you will design and execute test cases, ranging from manual testing to developing end-to-end and integration tests using our automation framework. Key responsibilities include creating and optimizing UI and integration tests, participating in development lifecycle activities such as technical design discussions and architecture reviews, and implementing test data strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with engineering teams to enhance testability and debugging capabilities, and utilize reporting tools to analyze failures and improve reliability.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in writing and executing test scenarios that cover both technical and product requirements. Proficiency with automation frameworks like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or WebdriverIO using JavaScript or TypeScript is essential. A solid understanding of test strategies, including mocking and root-cause analysis, is required. A proactive ownership mindset focused on continuous improvement, along with excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts and mentor team members, is highly valued.
