As a Customer Service Representative at Betsson Group, you will be an integral part of our award-winning Customer Service team, dedicated to delivering the best customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting Greek and English-speaking customers via email, live chat, and telephone. Collaborating closely with your team, you will work towards achieving high customer satisfaction and meeting key performance indicators. Additionally, you will translate promotional materials and customer surveys into Greek, manage customer accounts, and adhere to company policies related to player safety, protection, and responsible gaming.
We are seeking candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with prior experience in customer service, whether face-to-face, online, or via telephone. Effective organizational and time management abilities are also crucial for success in this role.
Betsson Group offers a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in the office.
