Atlassian Tool Administrator
The Atlassian Tool Administrator at Betsson Group is responsible for managing and enhancing the company's Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence. This role involves providing top-quality service to internal customers, addressing their needs individually, and delivering solutions at the appropriate technical level. The administrator will take ownership of tasks, ensuring they are followed through to resolution, and will work under minimal supervision while contributing to team success.
Key responsibilities include setting up Jira projects tailored to program and user requirements, customizing workflows, permissions, screens, and issue types. The role also involves creating and maintaining Confluence pages, ensuring they are up-to-date and functional. System administration duties encompass assisting with upgrades, plugin analysis, and installation to maintain the health and functionality of Jira and Confluence instances. Additionally, the administrator will evaluate, test, and implement Atlassian add-ons to meet business needs, extend Jira's capabilities using scripts or REST APIs, and guide users on all Atlassian products.
Candidates should possess a tertiary level of education in ICT and have experience with Atlassian products, including relevant certifications. An understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies is essential, along with working knowledge of IT Service Management and Git repositories. Experience with the ScriptRunner add-on for writing Groovy scripts is also required. Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, coupled with a customer service attitude and attention to detail, are important. Self-motivation and the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment are key attributes for this role.
