Associate Technical Program Manager (EG) - Mexico

Fictiv is seeking an Associate Technical Program Manager to join our team in Monterrey, Mexico. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing diverse, low-volume manufacturing projects, ensuring seamless execution from customer requirements to final delivery. As a bridge between our U.S.-based clients and manufacturing partners in Mexico, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining production efficiency, meeting specifications, and adhering to budget constraints, all while driving continuous process improvements.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing project scopes, timelines, and quality control measures. You will address technical production issues, implement effective solutions, and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize manufacturing workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have over five years of relevant experience. Practical knowledge of CNC machining is essential, along with familiarity with other manufacturing processes such as 3D printing, injection molding, or sheet metal fabrication. Strong project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in English are required. Experience in multicultural work environments and a proactive mindset are also highly valued.
