As an Associate Technical Program Manager at Fictiv's Bengaluru office, you will play a pivotal role in managing high-mix, low-volume manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering and possesses over 5 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in project management within hardware or manufacturing sectors. Proficiency in CNC machining is essential, along with experience in processes like 3D printing, injection molding, or sheet metal fabrication. Strong project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and fluency in English are required. A self-starter mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments are also crucial.
