Associate, Channel and Customer Research (German Speaking)

AlphaSense is seeking a German-speaking Associate for its Channel and Customer Research team. This role involves sourcing and engaging industry experts to provide real-time insights into market dynamics, supporting AlphaSense's mission to deliver AI-driven market intelligence.

Key responsibilities include identifying and recruiting industry experts through various outreach methods, conducting vetting calls to ensure compliance, developing targeted interview guides, and facilitating interviews to capture valuable insights. The Associate will also maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates should have a proven track record in sales, recruiting, or account management, with experience in strategic sourcing and cold outreach. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in German at C1/C2 levels is required.
